Brissa Vargas
Brissa Vargas is a local San Diegan and earned her Bachelor’s degree in Spanish with a minor in Latin American studies from San Diego State University. Mrs. Vargas also holds a bilingual single subject Spanish credential from SDSU.
Mrs. Vargas is a first generation college graduate and is excited to inspire her high school students through her own educational journey. She started her teaching career as a substitute teacher, at various districts in San Diego county, San Ysidro School District, San Diego Unified and Coronado School District. After being a substitute teacher for 3 years, Mrs. Vargas found Cristo Rey San Diego as her new home. Mrs. Vargas teaches AP Spanish Language, AP Spanish Literature and Spanish 2.
