Daniela Alarcón

My name is Daniela Alarcón. I was born in México City and raised in a small town in Guanajuato called Celaya. I graduated in December 2019 in Marketing and Advertising from the Universidad de Celaya. While pursuing my Bachelor’s Degree, I studied abroad in China for six months and ever sever since then I have been passionate about learning new cultures, new languages, and traveling to different places. That is why back in 2021, I decided to move to the United States to work as an Au Pair. I’ve been lucky enough to live in Portland, OR, San Clemente, CA and now San Diego, CA with my husband.

One of my goals in life is to be able to learn different languages (especially Mandarin and Italian), and to be a Spanish Teacher in the U.S. and other foreign countries. I feel so blessed to have found Cristo Rey San Diego High School where I’m surrounded by an amazing community full of different cultures and backgrounds. I am excited to be starting a new career as a Substitute Teacher and Office Assistant!
