Michelle Solomon

Michelle Solomon was born in Pensacola, Florida and has lived in San Diego for most of her life. Her dad joined the Navy as a young man to provide a better life for his family and moved them from the Philippines to the United States. Coming from a family of limited financial means, Michelle worked two jobs while she put herself through college. She received her degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.

Michelle has over twenty years of experience working for industry leading fashion and beauty companies such as Hitachi, Charlotte Russe and Revlon. Her focus has been in operations management, finance, and communications. She has also been a consultant for small businesses that were in need of organizational development, process  implementation, and graphic design.

Michelle currently lives in Chula Vista and has two children and three dogs. Michelle is extremely excited to be a part of Cristo Rey’s leadership team as Business Manager.
