Kimberly King

Kimberly King is a mission-driven leader with a strong track record in operational strategy, organizational scalability, and community engagement. Holding an MBA in Project Management from the University of San Diego and a BS in Marketing and Organizational Management from the University of Colorado Boulder, Kim has successfully transitioned from corporate leadership into the nonprofit sector. Most recently, she led a $3M revenue operations team, implementing scalable solutions to drive sustainable growth.

 

Kim’s passion lies in aligning people, processes, and systems to achieve strategic goals through thoughtful planning, program management, and data-driven decision-making. A California native, she and her family enjoy camping in their free time. As a dedicated lifetime member of the Girl Scouts, Kim currently leads a local service unit youth advisory board, fostering leadership development among young individuals.

 

With deep expertise in volunteer leadership, financial management, and donor stewardship, Kim is committed to empowering youth, streamlining governance, and strengthening community engagement. She is a strong advocate for cross-functional collaboration, ensuring organizations operate efficiently while making a meaningful impact.
