Jennifer Telitz

Associate Director of Partner Development, CWSP

Jenna Telitz is a dynamic leader whose journey from first-generation college student to impactful nonprofit strategist is a testament to the transformative power of education and perseverance. A graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology, Jenna went on to earn her MBA, breaking new ground in her family and setting a powerful example of what’s possible with grit and vision. She launched her career in the fast-paced media industry, rapidly advancing through roles across the country by seizing every opportunity to grow. In 2001, she found her long-term home in San Diego, where her values and professional ambitions aligned.

In 2018, driven by a desire to give back and create meaningful impact, Jenna left corporate America and joined Just in Time for Foster Youth. There, she built a $2 million portfolio focused on housing, education, and employment for transition-age foster youth—leveraging her strategic acumen and deep relationship skills to create change. After 7 years, Jenna embraced her next calling with Cristo Rey High School, where she blends her passion for equitable education and building strategic corporate partnerships so youth at Cristo Rey get a great education and professional work experience. She believes deeply that education is a game changer—and she’s proof of that. When not working, Jenna can be found exploring San Diego’s hiking trails, hitting the ski slopes, diving into new culinary experiences, or laughing through a stand-up comedy show—all while cherishing the close-knit relationships that keep her grounded and inspired.
