- CareerSpring is solely focused on FGLI (first gen, low income) users providing career exposure and growth resources like support on resumes, cover letters, LinkedIn profiles and interviews, job placement support industry exposure videos for younger users exploring future careers.
- CareerSpring’s volunteer advisors (only available to advisees post-high school graduation) offer added, personalized connection opportunities for alumni as they consider career next steps.
- CareerSpring hosts our national job/internship opportunities board where we feature primarily early career opportunities with multicity CWS partners.
