Born and raised in San Diego, Mr. Madrid is the oldest of three siblings. He attended a small private school similar to Cristo Rey, where he developed a strong sense of community, responsibility, and faith. Growing up as the eldest child shaped his leadership skills and gave him a deep understanding of the importance of accountability both at home and in his career.

Mr. Madrid earned a B.A. in Communication with an emphasis in teaching, combining his love for education with strong communication skills. He has been coaching for over a decade and teaching for the past five years, guiding students both in the classroom and on the court. In every role, he is committed to helping young people grow academically, athletically, and personally, encouraging them to build confidence and reach their fullest potential.
